-Cooperates in the definition and updating of the Painting/PFP/CSP construction plans and schedule for the activities of his competence. -Verifies, prior to beginning of work , the availability and adequacy of the materials and drawings to be delivered to the construction contractors, in accordance with the construction plan and considering the obligations of construction contracts. -Coordinates and instructs the construction contractor's work execution, consistently with the other works in progress , ensuring compliance with applicable specifications. -Supervises the measurement of the quantity of work executed by the construction contractor, and monitors the progress and the compliance with the established schedule. -Evaluates the construction contractor's work capability according to the programs to be implemented, and promotes corrective actions, where necessary. -Supervises the proper execution of inspections, in accordance with the Field Quality Control Plan and job specifications and verifies the adequacy of results. -Solves the cases of nonconformity, where necessary updates, where necessary, the schedule of the work assigned to the construction contractor. -Points out to the management any problems or deviations which cannot be solved by him, proposing possible solutions. -Gives assistance to the management in the discussions with the employer's representatives, where necessary. -Coordinates with internal discipline supervisors for smooth execution of the work. -Checks the progress reports to be submitted by the construction contractors .
